Hello and welcome to HalloMia! In this first lesson we’ll create your account and set up your assistant — it takes less than five minutes.
Sign up at app.hallomia.io/signup with your business email address. A tip from experience: use an address your team can read along with, for example info@ — that’s where the call summaries will go later, too.

After confirming, you land straight in the dashboard. Now open Assistants and choose Quick-Start.

You only answer a few questions: your industry, the assistant’s name, and the tone you want. One thing that matters about the name: it’s what your callers hear — “Hello, this is Mia” — so pick a name that fits how you present yourself. You can change it anytime later.
HalloMia automatically assembles the matching conversation guide from this. In the next lesson we’ll feed Mia the knowledge about your business — see you soon!
