Mia doesn't answer the phone

Symptom: Calls to your HalloMia number ring out or drop.

Cause: The assistant is switched off, or the number isn’t assigned to any assistant.

Solution: Under Assistants, check that your assistant is set to “Active”, and under Phone numbers that the number is assigned to it. Both can be fixed with a single click each.
