Mia doesn't answer the phone

Calls to your HalloMia number ring out or drop without Mia picking up.

Fix

Section titled “Fix”
  1. Open Assistants and check that your assistant is set to “Active”.
  2. Open Phone numbers and check that your number is assigned to that assistant.
  3. Using a forwarded number? Check the forwarding at your previous provider — see How your phone number works.
  4. Make a test call to confirm the fix.
