Appointments — what Mia booked on her own
The appointments page shows what Mia actually agreed to during a call. It is the checkpoint between the conversation and your calendar: every booked appointment appears here with its time, the person and its status — both before and after it is written to your connected calendar.

What does the appointments page show?
Section titled “What does the appointments page show?”It shows the appointments that came out of your calls — with date and time, the person, the status, and a marker for whether Mia booked it. That makes it immediately clear what arose automatically and what your team entered themselves.
What can I do from here?
Section titled “What can I do from here?”- Check an automatically booked appointment before you rely on it.
- Jump to the call behind it and read in the call log exactly what was agreed.
- Verify the calendar sync — see Connect your calendar.
- Notice whether your availability fits, if Mia keeps offering times that don’t suit you.
How does an appointment reach my calendar?
Section titled “How does an appointment reach my calendar?”With a calendar connected, HalloMia writes the appointment across after the call. The appointments page stays the reliable source: it shows the appointment even when the write to the calendar did not go through. That is precisely why it is worth looking here rather than trusting the calendar alone.
An appointment is here but not in my calendar — what now?
Section titled “An appointment is here but not in my calendar — what now?”This is the case this page exists for. If an appointment is missing from the calendar, it is almost always the calendar connection at fault rather than the call: the connection may have expired, or access may have been revoked. Check it under Integrations; the step-by-step is in Calendar disconnected. The appointment itself is not lost — it is still here.
Do I have to confirm every appointment individually?
Section titled “Do I have to confirm every appointment individually?”No. Mia books within what you have allowed her; this page is for oversight, not an approval step. In the first few days we still suggest skimming the booked appointments — it is the quickest way to notice whether your lead times and offered slots match how you actually work.
