Last lesson — Mia goes on the real phone! There are two ways to do this.
Way one: Mia gets its own number from HalloMia. You pick it directly in the Phone numbers section.
Way two — the most common: you keep your existing number and forward calls to Mia. You set up the call forwarding on your phone system or with your provider — permanently, only outside opening hours, or only when the line is busy. The instructions HalloMia shows you cover how this works on the common systems — and if you get stuck, we’ll help.

Once the number is linked, Mia is live. Give it a call yourself from your mobile — you’ll hear your greeting, just like in the test call.

From now on you’ll see every call in the dashboard: transcript, summary, captured data. Congratulations — your phone is now staffed around the clock!
