Can't find an invoice

Symptom: You’re looking for an invoice or payment receipt.

Cause: Invoices aren’t in the app itself, but in the payment portal.

Solution: Open Billing and then the payment portal — all invoices are available as PDF downloads. More on this: Billing & invoices.
