Connect Airtable

Connected to Airtable, Mia looks up structured data such as price lists or stock levels during the conversation — callers get current answers instead of “let me check on that”.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Airtable card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to Airtable and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Which base is used?

Under Configure you choose the base and table Mia may draw answers from. Only that data is available during a call.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
