Connect Asana

With Asana connected, Mia creates tasks from calls and updates project status — callbacks and to-dos land straight in the right project.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Asana card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to Asana and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Under Configure you decide which project new tasks are created in and which fields (e.g. due date, assignee) Mia pre-fills.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
