Connect DATEV

For tax firms, Mia produces structured call notes that can be processed further in DATEV workflows — client requests arrive documented.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the DATEV card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to DATEV and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

The notes follow a fixed schema (client, request, callback wish) so your firm’s processes can pick them up reliably.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
