Connect Doctolib

With Doctolib, Mia syncs medical appointments: callers get slots that land directly in your Doctolib calendar.

Note

The Doctolib integration is being enabled in stages. If your Integrations page still shows “Notify me” instead of “Connect” for Doctolib, it isn’t available for your account yet — click “Notify me” and we’ll let you know as soon as it is.

Set up the connection

1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Doctolib card → Connect.
2. Sign in with your Doctolib partner account and approve access for HalloMia.
3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Partner account required

The Doctolib connection requires a Doctolib partner account for your practice. Without it the connection cannot be established — your Doctolib contact can help set this up.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.

Note

HalloMia processes appointment data (time, name, reason for visit). It does not access patient records or medical findings.
