Connect HubSpot

Once connected, Mia keeps your CRM up to date: contacts are synced, calls are logged and deals are updated after every conversation. No more adding notes by hand once you hang up.

Note

The HubSpot integration is being enabled in stages. If your Integrations page still shows “Notify me” instead of “Connect” for HubSpot, it isn’t available for your account yet — click “Notify me” and we’ll let you know as soon as it is.

Set up the connection

1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the HubSpot card → Connect.
2. In the provider window, sign in to HubSpot and approve access for HalloMia.
3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Which HubSpot account gets connected?

The HubSpot account you connect is the one you sign in with in the login window.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired.

HalloMia reads and updates contacts in your HubSpot portal. Other areas (emails, marketing campaigns, reports) are never requested.
