Connect MEWS

For hotels, Mia connects to MEWS and handles reservations and guest requests right in the call — around the clock, even when the front desk is busy.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the MEWS card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to MEWS and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Reservations

Mia checks availability and creates reservations in MEWS; special requests are recorded as a note on the booking.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
