Connect Microsoft Teams

Connected to Teams, Mia keeps your channels informed about call outcomes and required actions — your team sees new requests where it already works.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Microsoft Teams card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to Microsoft Teams and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Choose the channel

After connecting, use Configure to choose which channel the notifications go to. Multiple channels for different call types are possible.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
