Connect Notion

Connect Notion and Mia can use your knowledge base during the call: callers get answers from exactly the pages you share.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Notion card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to Notion and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Which pages does Mia see?

During the sign-in step you choose in Notion which pages or areas you share with HalloMia — Mia can read only those. You can change the selection in Notion at any time.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
