Connect OpenTable

With OpenTable, Mia checks availability during the call and books restaurant reservations for your callers — no callback, no hold queue.

Note

The OpenTable integration is being enabled in stages. If your Integrations page still shows “Notify me” instead of “Connect” for OpenTable, it isn’t available for your account yet — click “Notify me” and we’ll let you know as soon as it is.

Set up the connection

1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the OpenTable card → Connect.
2. In the provider window, sign in to OpenTable and approve access for HalloMia.
3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Availability and booking

Mia only suggests times OpenTable reports as free, and confirms the reservation right on the phone.

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.

Note

HalloMia processes reservation data (time, party size, name). Other guest data in OpenTable is never read.
