Connect Salesforce

With Salesforce connected, Mia logs call outcomes, creates follow-ups and updates opportunities in real time — straight from the conversation.

Set up the connection

  1. In HalloMia, open Integrations and choose the Salesforce card → Connect.
  2. In the provider window, sign in to Salesforce and approve access for HalloMia.
  3. Back in HalloMia the card shows ”✓ Connected”; use Configure to adjust the details.

Sandbox or production environment?

The environment you connect is the one you sign in to. To try things out you can connect to a sandbox first and switch to production later (disconnect and reconnect).

When the connection expires

If the card shows “Reconnect”, your sign-in with the provider has expired — one click starts the same sign-in step as the first time you connected. Your existing settings are kept.
