App or browser — what lives where?
The app and the web interface show the same account, but they are built for different moments. The app is for being out: find out, catch up, switch something quickly. The browser is for setup: everything you sit down for, type into, and want a bigger screen for.

How do I get from the app into the browser?
Section titled “How do I get from the app into the browser?”Wherever a job lives in the browser, the app shows a link with a small arrow — for example Manage in browser in the Assistant area, or the list under Settings. One tap opens the page in your browser, already signed in.
Why can’t I change my plan in the app?
Section titled “Why can’t I change my plan in the app?”Because we deliberately keep plans and billing outside the app. You see your usage and change your plan in the browser under Usage & plan — that is also where your invoices are. Getting there from the app is one tap away.
Do I have to sign in again in the browser?
Section titled “Do I have to sign in again in the browser?”If you follow a link out of the app, usually not. If you open the browser separately on another device, you sign in there once as normal.
What if I would rather not use a smartphone at all?
Section titled “What if I would rather not use a smartphone at all?”Then you do not need the app. Everything HalloMia actually does — answering calls, capturing appointments, transferring — happens on our side and runs whether or not an app is installed. The app is a convenience, not a requirement.
